Remote Virtual Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

Remote Executive Assistant supporting fast‑growing US and Canadian startups. This is not a traditional assistant role – you will own tasks, anticipate needs, and help executives win every day.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting for up to three executives.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers and documentation; support projects, reporting and process improvement.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, track deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.

Required profile

• Enjoy building structure, improving processes and thinking in systems.
• Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
• Seek growth, feedback and long‑term career development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Slack.
• Familiarity with Notion.
• Interest in AI and automation tools.
