Remote Virtual Assistant to CEO for Fast‑Growing Startups

About the role

Viva is looking for a Remote Virtual Assistant to support up to three CEOs of fast‑growing US and Canadian startups. This is a proactive, ownership‑driven role where you will anticipate needs, streamline operations, and help executives stay ahead in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers, and documentation to increase efficiency.
• Support project coordination, reporting, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, tracking deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with at least one role held for 2 + years.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and strong written communication.
• Interest in AI and automation tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and confident when interacting with senior leaders.
