Receiver / Dispatcher – Distribution Center

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Receiver‑Dispatcher for its Distribution Center within the Food division. The role supports data management, reporting, shipping, customer interaction and coordination of transport resources to ensure timely delivery of essential food products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule carrier or team activities to execute dispatch operations.
• Develop, maintain and execute compliance procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting the process system administrator, following industry‑standard procedures.
• Monitor and review dispatch operations to meet service‑level targets.
• Collect, organize and enter documentation and data into one or more systems.
• Handle moderately complex administrative, technical or customer‑service issues under general supervision and escalate more complex problems.
• Receive and process product returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in administrative tasks.
• Experience with SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
