About the role

The Warehouse Plant Data Entry Clerk supports production activities at a manufacturing site, ensuring efficient use of resources, cost minimisation, and adherence to quality standards. The role focuses on data management, reporting, shipping coordination, and internal customer interaction within Cargill's protein and salt business.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch warehouse traceability activities.
• Develop, maintain, and execute regulatory compliance procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks that support the shipping execution process using standard industry procedures.
• Plan, manage, and review production operations to meet production and quality targets.
• Collect, organise, and enter documentation and data into one or more systems.
• Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, or internal‑customer issues under general supervision and escalate more complex matters as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial Engineering or Business Administration education (preferred).
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
