Real State Sales Agent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate sales agent to join our growing team. The role focuses on turning incoming leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals. This is a remote, part‑time position with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with incoming Real Estate leads.
• Contact leads to assess interest and readiness.
• Pre‑qualify potential buyers or sellers based on set criteria.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up throughout the lead conversion process.
• Update lead information and activities in Follow Up Boss.
• Identify qualified opportunities and hand them off to the sales team.

Required profile

• Advanced English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Previous experience working with Real Estate leads and lead pre‑qualification.
• Hands‑on experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB).
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one day off per week.
