Paid Social & Search Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Paid Social & Search Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max and Meta, driving traffic to our 300+ retail locations and e‑commerce site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid search (Google Search, Display, Performance Max) and paid social (Meta) campaigns.
• Manage daily campaign execution, budget pacing, performance analysis and ongoing optimisation.
• Allocate and re‑allocate budgets across platforms to meet in‑store appointment and online conversion goals.
• Develop audience strategies, including prospecting, look‑alike, custom audiences and exclusions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test and iterate ad creative and copy; run A/B and incrementality tests.
• Partner with digital marketing, ecommerce and analytics stakeholders to analyse data and surface efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor bids, audience targeting, conversions and key performance indicators across all channels.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Proven ownership of multi‑channel budget management and cross‑channel performance reporting.
• Experience in retail or location‑based businesses is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
