Meta Media Buyer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Meta Media Buyer to join our performance‑marketing team on a fully remote basis serving U.S. clients. You will work side‑by‑side with a strategist, turning campaign concepts into precise, data‑driven ads on Meta’s platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and meticulously manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) following the strategist’s brief.
• Build accurate campaign structures—including audiences, ad sets, creatives and budgets—using strict naming conventions and file organization.
• Monitor live campaigns daily, tracking delivery, spend and core performance metrics.
• Execute optimisations such as budget adjustments, pausing under‑performing ads or duplicating ad sets.
• Pull and organise performance reports to support ongoing analysis.
• Maintain proactive communication, flagging anomalies, technical issues or questions before they escalate.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience building and managing campaigns directly inside Meta Ads Manager (required).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Meta’s campaign architecture, audiences and bidding strategies.
• Exceptional attention to detail; campaign‑setup errors are not acceptable.
• Collaborative “doer” mindset, comfortable executing a strategist’s vision.
• Reliable problem‑solving skills and the habit of asking questions before assuming.
