Client Success Manager – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to act as the critical bridge between clients and internal execution teams at an AI‑driven marketing agency. The position is fully remote for candidates located in LATAM and focuses on ensuring end‑to‑end client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive weekly client check‑ins via Slack to ensure high satisfaction with lead quality and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary, highly responsive point of contact for all client communications.
• Translate client requests (ad creative changes, landing page updates, campaign angles) into clear action items for the media buying department.
• Manage task boards, client databases, and cross‑account project tracking entirely within Notion.
• Monitor internal progress against client deliverables and proactively escalate delays.
• Execute company SOPs with strict precision and continuously identify opportunities to improve internal workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Client Success Manager or Account Manager, preferably within a marketing, paid‑media, or performance agency.
• Exceptional, flawless English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High technical proficiency with hands‑on experience in Notion and Slack.
• Ownership mentality – able to manage accounts autonomously without micromanagement.
• Extreme organizational skills with strict follow‑through on every commitment.
• Bonus: familiarity with digital advertising concepts, lead generation, and media‑buying workflows.
