Listing Coordinator – Short‑Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and optimise property listings for short‑term rentals across major platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of vacation homes.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Write compelling, SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions that drive bookings.
• Maintain accurate information on amenities, pricing, availability, house rules and policies.
• Organise and enhance property photos, captions and listing order for maximum conversion.
• Collaborate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure listing data reflects the actual property.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and conduct competitor research.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and liaise with platform support when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term rental, Airbnb, property management or listing management.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Strong written English and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience writing property descriptions and marketing copy.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel‑manager tools (Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, Lodgify) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO, listing optimisation and conversion principles.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.
