HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Managua office and make a real impact on our growing team. You will lead HR initiatives that support our market‑research business and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job description creation to interview rounds and onboarding.
• Implement programs that promote a positive organizational culture and boost employee engagement.
• Support managers with performance issues, employee growth, and development plans.
• Administer compensation and benefits, including salary reviews and bonuses.
• Prepare and process bi‑weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Guide the HR Administrator and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Partner with the legal representative to stay current on regulatory requirements and manage legal audits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records in UKG and generate HR reports and metrics.
• Oversee day‑to‑day office and facilities operations, coordinating with building management, maintenance, and vendors.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on experience managing legal audits and supporting legal cases.
• Experience with payroll processing and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with UKG is a plus.
