Guest Services Coordinator – Remote (Nicaragua)

About the role

S&T Properties is seeking a remote Guest Services Coordinator based in Nicaragua to manage guest interactions for its vacation rental portfolio across Canada. The role involves handling communications, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, and supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage booking communication across multiple channels with guests.
• Answer phone calls and troubleshoot guest issues.
• Coordinate cleaning staff tasks and assign responsibilities.
• Report maintenance problems and follow up with contractors.
• Escalate cases through booking platforms and liaise with case managers.
• Order supplies for properties and keep inventory updated.
• Update the property management database.
• List new properties on various booking platforms.
• Run reports on metrics such as reviews and occupancy.
• Coordinate project‑management tasks for new property launches.

Required profile

• Exceptional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to solve complex issues and handle stressful situations.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new technology and fast‑paced environments.
• Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn.
• Hotel or hospitality experience is an asset.
