Reservation Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Reservation Specialist to provide remote travel assistance to our clients. In this role you will handle inquiries, research travel options, and guide customers through the booking process while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries about travel and reservation options.
• Gather client preferences, dates, destinations and travel needs.
• Research accommodations, cruises, tours, resorts and vacation packages.
• Assist clients with reservation details using approved supplier platforms.
• Verify booking information for accuracy and provide confirmations.
• Update or modify reservations as required and communicate with suppliers.
• Maintain organized client records and follow‑up throughout the process.
• Stay informed about supplier policies and destination information.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Motivated to learn new reservation platforms and travel processes.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration or travel is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and online reservation systems.
