Executive Assistant & HR Representative (Remote)

About the role

This position combines human‑resources responsibilities with executive support for a marketing products and services company. You will manage people‑operations tasks such as recruiting, onboarding and payroll while also assisting senior leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruiting cycle: source, screen, interview and select qualified candidates.
• Coordinate new‑hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation and first‑week planning.
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, adhering to company policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, policies and general HR matters.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and arrange travel.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes and track action items.
• Draft emails, reports and internal communications while handling confidential information with care.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting and candidate sourcing.
• Hands‑on experience with employee onboarding and payroll processing.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets, including formulas, data organization and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude to improve daily workflows.
