Talent Acquisition Analyst - Remote Work

About the role

Talent Acquisition Analyst at BairesDev, responsible for the first formal contact with candidates. You will conduct initial interviews, understand candidate profiles and engage them throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates’ online information to assess general fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn or email to validate interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations and keep system records updated.
• Interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, interests, commitment and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
