Customer Success Specialist

About the role

The Associate Customer Success Specialist will support an existing customer base, building strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction and engagement by providing product expertise, handling inquiries, and proactively addressing any obstacles that may affect product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer contacts daily via phone and email.
• Verify contact information using search and productivity tools.
• Conduct regular health‑check calls to assess product satisfaction and value.
• Develop deep product knowledge to answer questions and overcome objections.
• Document qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics from surveys, calls, and emails.
• Capture the "Voice of the Customer" and track expectations, experiences, and risk of churn.
• Initiate appropriate communications to resolve concerns and remove usage roadblocks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and management to promote a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of B2B or B2C certified sales experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience working in commercial or staff teams.
• Proven ability to meet personal and team sales quotas.
• Comfort with learning new technology and data.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode.

Required skills

• Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
