Country Manager – Solar & Renewable Energy

About the role

The Company is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its solar and renewable energy business in the target market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the client base, and strengthening the company’s presence in the renewable sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for photovoltaic solutions.
• Prospect new clients and develop business opportunities within the energy sector.
• Manage and retain key accounts, providing end‑to‑end support from the commercial stage through post‑sale.
• Identify and promote new commercial opportunities linked to the product and service portfolio.
• Design and implement commercial strategies aligned with industry trends and national energy needs.
• Lead market development initiatives and reinforce the company’s position in renewable energy.

Required profile

• University degree in Commercial Engineering, Renewable Energies, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in commercial roles within solar, photovoltaic or renewable energy industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in channel sales, business development and key‑account management.
• Strong knowledge of the electricity market and the broader energy sector.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strategic mindset with potential for growth into higher‑responsibility positions.
• High negotiation skills, leadership orientation and a passion for innovation and sustainability.
