Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent – Remote

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, handling international travel arrangements for clients and employees. This fully remote position requires expertise in coordinating flights, accommodations, visas, and related services while navigating diverse cultures and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and other services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of travel regulations, passport and visa laws, and government tariffs for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially working with relocation firms or government officials.
• Document and update travel processes, taking ownership and proposing improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.
