Supply Chain Operations Data Analyst – Validation & Reconciliation

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Data Analyst who will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our operational reporting. Working remotely, you will partner with operations, inventory and IT teams to investigate data discrepancies, maintain audit logs and drive continuous improvement of validation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep‑dive root‑cause analysis on mismatches in purchase order, build, inbound/outbound and item receipt validations.
• Monitor error logs daily, update tracking in Asana and provide summary reports on unresolved errors and error rates.
• Identify, document and escalates false‑positive and false‑negative system flags to improve validation accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve systemic data bugs and implement long‑term fixes.
• Maintain rigorous daily audit tracking and support other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, supply‑chain operations, data auditing or systems reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross‑team collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience using Asana or similar project‑management tools.
