Call Center Trainer

About the role

Nearstaff Solutions is looking for a motivated Trainer to lead and manage training programs for its call‑center clients. You will oversee the full training lifecycle, from needs assessment through design, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with client goals and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver new‑hire induction and ongoing refresher trainings across all locations, covering client‑specific protocols, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and the Training Director to design, develop, and continuously improve training curricula.
• Assess agent performance using assessments and observations, generate reports, and recommend development actions.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, hours, and payroll tracking in the training database.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work a flexible full‑time schedule of 48+ hours per week.
• At least one year of training experience or call‑center leadership experience.
• Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage change and create a positive learning environment.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
