Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests, gathering information about needs and preferences.
• Research available options and services, assist with reservations, confirmations, and special requests.
• Review reservation details and documentation, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Communicate with service providers when needed and uphold professional customer service standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and online platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or related fields is helpful but not required.
