Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound calls, conducting intake interviews, and guiding them through the initial steps of their legal journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and conduct Personal Injury intake interviews.
• Gather, document, and qualify essential case information in the CRM.
• Schedule consultations with attorneys and maintain accurate records.
• Provide a professional, empathetic client experience while converting qualified leads into signed clients.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of Personal Injury intake experience with a U.S. law firm.
• Proven ability to close Personal Injury leads and convert prospects into retained clients.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume inbound leads and maintaining a sales‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Strong sales and persuasion techniques, including building trust and overcoming objections.
• Experience with legal CRM platforms such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, MyCase, or similar.
