Bilingual Call Center Agent (English & Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Call Center Agent to join our remote team supporting the US and Canadian insurance markets. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and providing administrative support from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers.
• Qualify prospects and resolve client queries.
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records.
• Schedule meetings and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal communication.
• Reliable fiber‑optic internet connection and ability to work 9‑hour shifts, 5 days a week (9 AM – 6 PM EST).
• Strong work ethic, ability to handle objections, and comfort with small talk.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast‑paced virtual environment.

Required skills

• Computer meeting minimum CPU benchmark of 6,000 and at least 12 GB RAM.
• Operating system: Windows 11 or recent macOS (Apple M1 chip or newer).

What we offer

• Base pay of $4.54 per hour (approximately $900 USD per month for 198 hours).
• Incentive bonuses up to $500 USD per month.
• Additional overtime compensation for hours beyond the standard schedule.
