About the role
The organization seeks a qualified legal professional to lead compliance initiatives within its financial operations. The role focuses on training staff, ensuring adherence to internal policies, and supporting regulatory documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on anti‑money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud prevention (PLD/FT/FP) for personnel.
- Issue, monitor, and enforce compliance with DDC policies and final beneficiary controls.
- Assist in drafting minutes and other required documentation when necessary.
- Respond to requests from the financial analysis unit.
- Support the update and maintenance of the AML/CTF/FP manual.
Required profile
- Law degree (professional of law).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in compliance or related roles within financial institutions.
