About the role

You will join client calls, manage emails, and work side‑by‑side via Zoom. The first month focuses on shadowing and learning the company culture, after which you will independently handle weekly client calls and organize their events.

Key responsibilities

Participate in client calls.
Manage client emails.
Schedule and organize client events.
Shadow experienced team members to learn best practices.

Required profile

Experience in wedding planning or event planning.
English proficiency at C1/C2 level.

What we offer

Payment in USD or local currency, according to candidate preference.
Full‑time remote opportunity with a Monday‑Friday schedule (10 AM‑6 PM ET), 40 hours per week, weekends off.
