Website Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Website Project Manager to lead website projects from onboarding through launch. The role is client‑facing, ensuring customers feel supported and informed throughout the entire process.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for website clients, responding promptly to emails and messages.
• Collect client content, approvals, and feedback, and keep all requests organized.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Web Developer, communicating client revisions and monitoring progress.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones, flagging any delays early.
• Maintain project documentation, assets, and final launch checklists.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in project or account management, customer service, or website management.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Highly responsive, organized, and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who follows up without being prompted.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
