Warehouse Assistant – Nicaragua

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will support all inbound, storage, picking, packing and reverse‑logistics activities in the distribution centre. The role ensures that products are received, stored and dispatched in compliance with the BPADT standards and the company’s service promise.

Key responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, verify quantities against invoices or purchase orders, and ensure product expiry dates exceed one year.
• Enter lot numbers, expiry dates and barcode information into the Warehouse Management System.
• Label products according to authorized pricing and store them in the appropriate locations.
• Pick items for orders, maintain cleanliness of storage modules, and replenish pick locations as directed.
• Audit picks for quantity, integrity and price, pack items securely, and move packed orders to the distribution area.
• Handle reverse logistics: receive returns, sort good and expired/damaged items, file return documentation and request approvals for non‑policy items.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller).
• Preferably experience in storage, labeling or related warehouse processes.
• Demonstrated responsibility, teamwork, quality focus, professionalism and service attitude.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience using barcode scanning equipment.
