Virtual Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support up to three CEOs of fast‑growing US and Canadian startups. The role is fully remote and focuses on anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and helping leaders stay ahead of their priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meeting logistics, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Design, maintain and improve workflows, trackers and documentation.
• Support project coordination, reporting and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, tracking deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems and tools.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience with at least one role held for 2+ years.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and strong written communication.
• Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused and comfortable working in fast‑paced startup environments.
• Passionate about building structure, improving processes and using AI/automation.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and proactive when interacting with senior leaders.
