Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Streamline workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, create SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate internal projects and facilitate cross‑team communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Team Lead, Operations Manager, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
