Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Join Viva as a Virtual Executive Assistant supporting a US or Canadian startup executive. This full‑time remote position is open to candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, or Nicaragua. You will bring your leadership experience to keep the executive’s day running smoothly while contributing to operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Develop and refine workflows, conduct data analysis, produce reports, and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate internal projects and facilitate cross‑team communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Proven track record of at least one role with a 2‑year tenure.
• Proactive mindset and comfort working independently.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
