Virtual Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Join Viva as a Remote Executive Assistant supporting fast‑growing US and Canadian startups. You will work closely with up to three CEOs, taking ownership of administrative and operational tasks to help them stay ahead.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers and documentation.
• Support projects, reporting and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, tracking deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of general work experience with at least one role held for 2+ years.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and detail‑oriented execution focus.
• Enjoy building structure, improving processes and working in fast‑paced environments.
• Open to growth, feedback and long‑term career development.

Required skills

• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.
• Interest in AI and automation tools.
