Virtual Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Support fast‑growing US and Canadian startup CEOs as a remote Executive Assistant. You will take ownership of administrative and operational tasks, anticipate needs, and help leaders stay organized and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting for up to three executives.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers and documentation; support projects, reporting and process improvement.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, track deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of general work experience with at least one role held for 2+ years.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and comfortable communicating proactively with leaders.
• Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused and enjoys building structure and scalable processes.
• Motivated to work in a fast‑paced, remote environment and grow long‑term.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools.
