Transaction Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end short‑term rental (STR) real‑estate transactions. The role focuses on supporting deal flow sourced primarily through Zillow and other online lead channels, ensuring smooth execution from contract to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate STR property transactions from lead generation to closing.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing purchase agreements and related contracts.
• Track and follow up on Zillow‑generated leads to support conversion.
• Serve as the central communication hub between co‑broking agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other third‑party vendors.
• Schedule and monitor home inspections, appraisals, and other due‑diligence activities.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Maintain organized transaction records and regularly update CRM systems.
• Monitor deadlines, contingencies, and closing timelines to keep deals on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate transaction coordination, preferably with STR properties.
• Strong understanding of contracts, real‑estate documentation, and closing processes.
• Experience working with Zillow or similar online lead generation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
