About the role

The Health Brigades Supervisor will lead, coordinate and supervise the team of health and safety brigadiers at Grupo Pantaleon in Chinandega, ensuring the effective implementation of health, wellbeing and occupational safety programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the health and safety brigadiers team.
• Ensure execution of health, wellbeing and occupational safety initiatives.
• Promote safe and healthy work environments and prevent workplace illnesses and accidents.
• Provide timely and effective emergency response.
• Ensure compliance with the Comprehensive Employee Wellness Program guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate in health‑related fields or similar.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Ability to prepare technical and operational reports.
• Valid driver’s license (desired) and residence in Chinandega.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, planning and conflict‑resolution abilities.
