Spanish Call Centre Sales Agent – Remote (Nicaragua)

About the role

Agentify is looking for a Spanish‑speaking Call Centre Sales Agent to work remotely from Nicaragua. You will join a global outsourcing company that provides customer‑service and sales support for leading brands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collect customer information using a questionnaire and present products based on individual benefits.
• Handle objections, offer product training, process orders and ensure training completion within the stipulated timeframe.
• Enter client details, delivery addresses and order data into the system and forward records for moderation when software issues arise.
• Analyze customer feedback, determine appropriate actions, respond to inquiries and forward information to the responsible team member.
• Review and evaluate dialogue recordings to ensure quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken Spanish with clear articulation.
• Experience in sales, customer service or call‑center environments.
• Ability to work on a PC or laptop (Windows or iOS) and receive remote technical support via TeamViewer.
• Stable wired LAN internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps) or 5G.
• Headset with microphone (headband or over‑ear) and noise‑cancellation.
• Quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
• Optional: German, Italian or English at B2 level (not mandatory).
