About the role

The Sales and Marketing Support role provides commercial and client‑service assistance while also supporting the company’s marketing activities. The incumbent will manage quotations, tariffs, and client inquiries, and help plan and monitor marketing campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, send and follow up on customer quotations, ensuring accurate rates and commercial terms.
• Support clients and overseas agencies to guarantee timely import bookings and shipments.
• Collect and share market and client information to aid commercial decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date tariffs and contracts in corporate systems.
• Coordinate tariff publication with internal teams and manage credit request follow‑up.
• Produce sales volume reports and key performance indicators.
• Assist other offices with cross‑booking operations and monitor transshipment continuity.
• Respond to internal and external queries regarding shipments, services and rates.
• Provide administrative support to the commercial team to meet sales targets.
• Create and update export client records in corporate tools.
• Track and resolve customer disputes, claims and incidents.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, monitor execution and control.
• Support planning, execution and evaluation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, content, events and promotions.
• Liaise with marketing, advertising and event suppliers to meet objectives.
• Monitor marketing initiative performance and prepare ROI reports.
• Help organise commercial events, fairs, client visits and brand‑positioning activities.
• Ensure proper use of corporate branding guidelines.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar sales support or marketing roles.
• Proficiency in English (B2‑C1 level).
