About the role

We are seeking a creative and confident Social Media Manager to join our on‑site team in Managua. The role focuses on storytelling, audience engagement and on‑camera content creation across our digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars.
• Develop engaging photos, videos and copy aligned with brand tone and goals.
• Appear on camera for stories, reels and promotional videos.
• Monitor and manage online communities, responding to comments, messages and interactions.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimise content strategy to boost engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools and platform updates.

Required profile

• C1 or higher level of English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in community management and social media strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Confident, professional on‑camera presence.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Managua, Monday‑Friday.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools.
