SEO Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

White Shark Media is seeking an SEO Performance Marketing Manager to lead data‑driven SEO initiatives that boost organic visibility and drive growth. Based in Managua with a hybrid work model, you will shape strategy, execute optimisations and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and refine SEO strategies using performance data, keyword insights and industry trends.
• Monitor and analyse organic traffic, keyword rankings and backlink profiles to guide optimisation decisions.
• Conduct regular SEO audits, resolve technical issues, and improve on‑page and site‑wide health.
• Track KPI performance, generate reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous growth.
• Work closely with Portfolio, Content, Web and Tracking teams to align tactics with client objectives.
• Identify and execute link‑building, content development and technical enhancements to increase search visibility.
• Contribute to new projects and process improvements that enhance departmental performance.

Required profile

• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on SEO experience, including WordPress optimisation.
• Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable SEO tactics.
