SEO Manager - Growth & Performance (WordPress Focus)

About the role

Otte Polo Group seeks a high‑performance SEO Manager who will own the organic growth channel across multiple brands, turning SEO into a predictable revenue engine. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, especially on WordPress sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organic growth roadmap across all brands and lead SEO specialists, content writers, and technical support.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, optimize WordPress pages, improve internal linking, and implement schema markup.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversion rates and align SEO efforts with paid media and partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years executing SEO in a growth‑focused environment with proven ROI.
• Strong WordPress experience (page builders, plugins, technical structure) and ability to mentor a team.
• Data‑driven, comfortable challenging ineffective tactics and scaling SEO from scratch.
