About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Senior Strategist, Programmatic to lead the execution, performance, and growth of programmatic services for its most complex, enterprise‑level accounts. The role blends deep programmatic expertise with a strategic, cross‑channel mindset, ensuring client business goals are met through data‑driven media planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end programmatic delivery, including reporting, optimization, and workflow management.
• Provide actionable insights and forward‑thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align programmatic tactics with broader media mix and business objectives.
• Communicate performance results and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
• Navigate client challenges, difficult conversations, and account roadblocks while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, enterprise programmatic campaigns.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and handle complex client interactions.
