Senior Project Manager - Remote

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Senior Project Manager. The role suits someone who has gone through the full development cycle at least once, understands client requirements and turns problems into solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create forecasts for the projects under your responsibility.
• Follow and control project management using agile methodologies.
• Verify feasibility and prepare budgets, equipment and resources.
• Identify and manage risks so that delivery arrives on time.
• Ensure the team follows established methodologies and processes, and implement necessary changes.
• Monitor and control project progress and keep customers and the team satisfied throughout the project.

Required profile

• Previous experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience developing modules for real-world applications.
• Experience implementing unit testing in code.
• Advanced English level.

Required skills

• Knowledge of APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of data persistence (databases).
• Advanced algorithmic knowledge.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and intermediate system design knowledge.
• Understanding of version control tools.
