About the role

Join BairesDev as a Semi Senior Project Manager and lead complex software development projects remotely. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet quality, scope, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex software development projects, delivering high‑quality results that align with business requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members on best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in English.
