Sales Virtual Assistant (Spanish‑Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Spanish‑bilingual Sales Virtual Assistant to manage and re‑engage a pipeline of warm leads, trade‑show attendees, and social‑media inquiries for our specialty butter products. The role combines outbound calling, full‑cycle sales, and meticulous CRM management.

Key responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Follow up with a database of warm leads generated from trade shows and social media.
• Outbound Calling: Conduct enthusiastic, professional calls to introduce products and qualify interest.
• Full‑Cycle Sales: Guide prospects from discovery calls through objection handling to closing.
• CRM Hygiene: Log 100% of lead activity, call notes, and follow‑up schedules in HubSpot.
• Sample Logistics: Coordinate product sample shipments and follow up for feedback or orders.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal sales teams and external distributors.
• Reporting: Provide weekly reports on calls made, samples sent, leads qualified, and sales results.

Required profile

• 1–2 years hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Proven experience as a Sales VA, Lead Generation Specialist, SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
• Exceptional verbal communication with a persuasive phone presence.
• Experience in B2B or food & beverage/FMCG sales is a strong advantage.
• Self‑starter able to manage a large contact volume (3,000+).
