Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales Representative to help U.S. customers understand and select our technology support services. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, guide customers through service options, and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and conduct outbound calls to assigned leads.
• Document customer needs, recommend suitable services and subscription options.
• Explain service scope, pricing, and subscription terms clearly.
• Build rapport, address objections, and guide customers toward purchase decisions.
• Manage leads and follow‑up activities in the CRM with accurate records.
• Coordinate with service and support teams to ensure smooth handoff.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English for communication with U.S. customers.
• Customer‑facing sales experience with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent listening, questioning, objection‑handling and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable attendance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and maintaining accurate records.
• Basic familiarity with computers and common technology issues.
