Sales Operations Coordinator (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

The Sales Operations Coordinator ensures that leads, opportunities, quotes, orders and related data are processed accurately and on time. Working remotely for a LATAM‑based team, you will act as the central hub between customers, vendors and internal stakeholders to keep the sales pipeline flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Enter incoming leads into Data7, assign owners and send initial communications.
• Process new orders, create CRR records and notify the commission team.
• Gather customer requirements, request pricing and maintain opportunities in Data7 and other systems.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on open opportunities and coordinate decisions.
• Liaise with customers, vendors and Verizon on questions, contracts and documentation.
• Record completed orders, store documentation in Dropbox and distribute records to relevant parties.
• Onboard new agents into commission systems and verify required documents.
• Support CRM administration, reporting, data‑integrity reviews and system maintenance.
• Develop process documentation, job manuals and training materials.
• Provide reporting support to upper management and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, CRM administration or a related function.
• Proven ability to manage leads, opportunities, quotes, orders and customer records.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Data7 (or similar sales‑operations platform).
• CRM administration and data‑entry proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
