Sales & Account Growth Specialist

About the role

The Sales Support position drives revenue growth by reactivating dormant accounts and expanding existing customer relationships. It is a fully remote role focused on proactive outreach, account development, and close collaboration with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify inactive and underperforming customers and proactively contact them via phone and email to reactivate accounts and generate new business.
• Develop and execute strategies with the sales team to increase account activity, service utilization, and revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships through regular outbound communication, follow‑up, and identification of expansion opportunities.
• Conduct consistent outbound sales activities, including phone, email, and occasional face‑to‑face interactions.
• Maintain accurate records in the ACT! CRM, cleanse data, and ensure proper categorization of contacts and accounts.
• Support targeted sales and marketing campaigns by providing up‑to‑date customer segmentation and contact information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, inside sales, account management, business development, or a customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to develop existing accounts and identify revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Comfortable making proactive outbound calls to inactive or underperforming customers.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, persistent, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems; ACT! CRM preferred.
