Remote Booking Agent – Travel Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Remote Booking Agent to help clients plan and book their travel experiences. In this fully remote position you will guide travelers through destination research, reservation details, and ongoing support, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to capture travel preferences, budgets, and timelines.
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, vacation packages and other travel options.
• Assist clients in coordinating and completing travel reservations.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, accommodations, and travel options.
• Review reservation details for accuracy and manage updates or changes.
• Maintain organized records of client communications and travel itineraries.
• Follow up with clients before travel to confirm details and address any concerns.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel policies.
