About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle for its global clients. This remote position will translate high‑level business goals into actionable roadmaps and ensure engineering delivery aligns with user needs and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate end‑to‑end product discovery to validate high‑impact features and refine product vision.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, guaranteeing a steady flow of delivery for engineering teams.
• Conduct deep‑dive user research to uncover pain points and translate them into scalable product opportunities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that balance short‑term feature delivery with long‑term growth.
• Facilitate communication between cross‑functional stakeholders and technical teams to keep scope and success metrics aligned.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Proven expertise in backlog management and feature delivery for engineering teams.
• Strong ability to conduct user research and turn insights into actionable product opportunities.
• Proficiency with prioritization frameworks and stakeholder management.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
