About the role

SEMCOMER S.A. offers a three‑month, paid internship focused on networks and cybersecurity. The program includes guided study, hands‑on lab tasks, and weekly mentorship from a technical tutor. Two candidates will be selected through a written exam and a practical laboratory test.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning modules covering network fundamentals and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Perform practical lab exercises on routing, switching, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with the technical tutor to solve assigned tasks and report progress weekly.
• Prepare a final project or report demonstrating the acquired skills.

Required profile

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking (OSI/TCP‑IP model, IP addressing, routing, switching).
• Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity (CIA triad, common threat types, best practices).
• Availability full‑time or part‑time for the entire three‑month period.
