Mobile Base Specialist

About the role

The Mobile Base Specialist will drive value and monetisation strategies for Tigo's customer base. You will turn behavioural, product and consumption data into measurable initiatives that boost growth, profitability, loyalty and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer‑base behaviour by segment, age, location, product usage and value, converting insights into business opportunities.
• Design and execute growth, cross‑sell, upsell, loyalty, migration and recovery initiatives, defining objectives, target segments, value propositions, channels and success metrics.
• Identify ways to increase customer relationship value and promote adoption of complementary products and services.
• Manage and optimise the commercial offer to ensure consistency, competitiveness and a positive customer experience.
• Develop segmentations, triggers and propensity models using data to improve initiative effectiveness.
• Coordinate execution with commercial teams, physical and digital channels, customer service and other key areas for end‑to‑end implementation.
• Prepare business cases, forecasts and post‑evaluation reports, analysing revenue, cost, margin, ROI and results versus plan.
• Monitor initiative performance, detect deviations, anticipate risks and propose corrective actions to maximise captured value.
• Maintain a holistic view of the initiative roadmap, ensuring follow‑up, documentation and closure of commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial analytics, business strategy, pricing, product management, loyalty or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, data visualisation and CRM systems (desired).
