Medical Appointment Setter – Bilingual Spanish/English

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual (Spanish/English) Medical Appointment Setter to join our call‑center team supporting a large non‑profit health organization. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them schedule visits and understand the services available.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients by phone to schedule medical appointments.
• Explain program details, preparation instructions, and special requirements.
• Enter appointment data and visit reasons into the scheduling software.
• Provide travel directions when needed and verify insurance coverage and benefits online.
• Maintain a professional, courteous tone and follow HIPAA guidelines for protected health information.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Previous call‑center experience is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
• Strong time‑management, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
